Our territory is an ideal destination to satisfy various needs and desires! Ivrea, an ancient town of Roman origins, has been recognized as a UNESCO heritage site as an industrial center in the 20th century thanks to the efforts of Adriano Olivetti. Surrounded by gentle morainic hills, it is immersed in a natural environment of great value, at the foot of Serra and Mombarone. Our farmhouse, just a few minutes' drive from the city center, is located within the protected area of the Cinque Laghi and along the ancient Via Francigena. For nature lovers, there is a wide choice of walks through ancient woods and panoramic views. In the nearby Andrate and San Giacomo regions, there are pristine areas to explore. Not to be missed are the lush Valchiusella and the Gran Paradiso National Park. Furthermore, within an hour's drive (taking the highway), it is possible to reach the Val d'Aosta region, with a wide selection of valleys and picturesque mountain villages to get lost in! For those who also wish to experience the charm of art cities, visit museums, and experience metropolitan life, the cities of Turin and Aosta are easily reachable within an hour's distance.
